Two columns and a line
You already have the list. Somebody gave you one, or wrote you a letter, or said a few things over the phone. This puts the one you have in order, and marks the parts that do not need you.
Someone asked what they could do. This is how you answer without having to explain.

Three things happen
There is no account to make first, and nothing to upload. Photographs of documents, letters and certificates are not accepted here at all — not as a feature we left out, but because they should not be passing through a website.

Paste the letter, type out what you were told on the phone, or write it however it comes out. It does not have to be tidy, and it does not have to be in order — that is the part this does.

The left is what stays with you. The right is what does not need you. Anything held up by something else says what it is held up by, in your own words. Nothing is added that you did not write.

It becomes one sheet with only those items on it, each written out with what it is and what to take along. Print it, or copy it as plain text into a message. There is no sign-up on it and no mark of ours.
Paper, and where it sits
That is all any of this is: paper that needs putting in an order. There are no people in any of these, and nothing in them stands in for how anybody is supposed to feel. Nothing here is a picture of a real situation either, and none of it is a picture of a result — anything that stands for a reading of your list is drawn in the page itself, never generated.

The sheet you can send is the one part of this that genuinely takes something off a person. Putting a watermark across it, or holding it behind a payment, would be taking that away at exactly the wrong moment. So the free plan produces both columns and the sheet in full, unmarked, and there is no prompt on either of them asking you to pay for anything.
What is worth paying for is when your sister also needs a copy and you both need to be looking at the same list. That is what the paid plans are.
Allowances do not carry over between months. There are no top-up packs and no stored balance.
Asked and answered
Nothing. There is no field for a name, a date, a relationship or an address anywhere on this site, and none of it is wanted. If you happen to type something of that kind into your list, the server takes it out before anything is written down, rather than after.
You can go through the whole thing once — both columns and the sheet you can send — without making an account at all. If you do make one, everything you have written can be erased in a single action, and erasing means the record is removed, not hidden.
What you write is never used to train a model. Not ours, and not anybody else's.
No. This never contacts you about anything on your list. There are no notifications, no push messages, no nudges and no emails about what you have or have not done. That is not a setting you have to find and switch off; the ability is not in the software.
The only emails that ever arrive concern the subscription itself: a confirmation when you start one, a receipt for each payment, a notice before a subscription renews, and a confirmation when you end one. Those emails talk about money and dates of billing, and nothing else. They never mention a single item from your list.
This does not have a list of its own. The official guidance where you are, and whoever is handling arrangements with you, will have the list — this only helps put the one you already have in order.
It will never add an item you did not mention, and it holds no procedures, no required documents and no methods for anywhere in the world. Rules differ a great deal between places and they change, which is exactly why nothing of that kind is stored here.
This gives no information about time limits, and it will not hurry you. There are no dates in it, nothing counts down, and nothing is marked as late.
Where a limit does apply to something, it is the official guidance where you are that says so, not this. If an item you wrote might have one, that falls under what this cannot know, and it says so on the page rather than guessing.
Those are entirely outside what this does. When an item you write touches any of them, it is taken out of both columns and set aside with one line: it needs someone qualified, it is not something to work out from a list, and it is not something this can help with.
No advice is given on any of it, no figures are produced, and no adviser, firm or organisation is recommended or linked to. There is no directory here, no partner, no featured anything.
It reads the shape of what you wrote and nothing else: whether you said something is waiting on something, and whether the wording describes an errand that does not need you personally. It is a starting arrangement, not a ruling.
It will get some of them wrong, because only you know your own situation. Every item can be moved across the line by hand, by keyboard or by an explicit button as well as by dragging, and the arrangement you end up with is the one that counts.

Yes, and not in a cut-down way. On the free plan both columns and the sheet you can send are complete: no watermark, no stamp, no mark of ours, and no prompt on either of them asking you to upgrade.
The sheet is the one thing here that genuinely helps somebody, and putting a mark on it or holding it behind a payment is not something we are willing to do. Paying unlocks working on the same list with other people, and keeping things for the long term. That is all it unlocks.
There is a single button inside your account that ends the subscription. It takes one confirmation and no conversation: nothing appears offering you a discount, asking why, or trying to talk you out of it.
Because this is a digital service supplied immediately, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day the contract is made, unless you asked for the service to start straight away and acknowledged that doing so ends that right once the service has been fully supplied. Both of those are separate tick boxes at checkout, neither of them ticked for you, and both are repeated back to you in the order email.

Each plan comes with a monthly allowance, and it does not carry over into the next month. There are no top-up packs and no stored balance, because an allowance here is not money: it cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to anyone, or refunded as a balance.
If a month's allowance is not enough, the only thing to do is move to a larger plan, and you can move back down again whenever you want.
Anyone aged 18 or over. Accounts and subscriptions are not available to anyone under 18.
