The free plan is the whole thing

Both columns and the sheet you can send are complete on the free plan: no watermark, no stamp, no mark of ours, and nothing on either of them asking you to pay for something. Paying is for when more than one person is working from the same list, and for keeping things.

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include VAT at 20% where it applies. Subscriptions renew automatically until you end them, and ending one takes a single button.

What uses up an allowance

An allowance is a measure of use of this software. It is not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash and not transferable. It does not carry over into the next month, and there are no top-up packs and no balance to hold.

Why the free plan is not cut down

The sheet you can send is the one part of this that genuinely takes something off a person. Putting a watermark across it, or holding it behind a payment, would be taking that away at exactly the wrong moment.

So the free plan produces both columns and the sheet in full, unmarked, and there is no prompt on either of them asking you to pay for anything. What is worth paying for is when a second person also needs a copy and you both need to be looking at the same list. That is what the paid plans are for, and it is the only thing they are for.

How often

Before you pay, in full

This is a subscription
It renews on its own at the end of each period and continues until you end it.
What is charged
5.00 USD, every month. VAT at 20% is included in that figure. Nothing else is added.
The first charge
Taken when you start, and then every month after that at the same price.
How to end it
One button in billing, inside your account. One confirmation, no questions, no offers, no discount, nothing in the way. It runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Notice before renewal
You are told in writing before each renewal, and before any price change, in time to end it first.
Allowance
600 a month. It does not carry over. It is not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash and not transferable. There are no top-up packs.
Your right to cancel
14 days from the day the contract is made, subject to the two acknowledgements below. Cancellation and refunds in full.
Two things to confirm

Neither box is ticked for you, both are checked again on our server, and both are repeated back word for word in the order confirmation email.

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own encrypted page and never reach this site. The provider is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

A few plain answers

Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you want. A change up applies at once and is charged pro rata; a change down applies at the next renewal.
Is there a trial?
No, because the free plan is not a trial — it is the whole tool, and it does not end.
Are there other charges?
None. The price shown is the price charged, VAT included. There is no setup fee, no fee to leave, and no fee for a refund.
Any promotions or discounts?
None are running. If one ever is, its full conditions will be shown next to it before you agree to anything.
