Terms and policies
Acceptable use
A short policy, because most of what this service will not do is already built into it rather than left to a rule.
Last written 9 September 2026

This policy forms part of the terms. Breaking it may lead to an account being suspended or closed, and we will always say why.
1. Who may use it
You must be 18 or over. Accounts and subscriptions are not available to anyone under 18. You are responsible for what is done under your account.
2. Decisions this must never be used to make
The output of this service is a rearrangement of words you typed. It is not advice, it is not a judgement, and it must not be used as an input to a decision in any of these areas:
- medical care, diagnosis, treatment or anything else concerning health;
- legal rights, legal proceedings or the administration of justice;
- financial decisions, credit, lending or insurance;
- safety-critical systems of any kind;
- employment, recruitment or the management of people;
- housing, tenancy or eligibility for accommodation.
Where something you write touches wills, estates, inheritance, probate, tax, benefits, insurance or debts, the service sets that item aside and tells you it needs someone qualified. Do not try to work around that.
3. What must not be put into it
- Information about another person that you have no business sharing, including anything about the person your list concerns. There is no field for it and it is not wanted.
- Special category data — health, biometric, genetic, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, sex life or sexual orientation.
- Anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
- Attempts to make the service produce procedural guidance, required documents, methods or time limits for anywhere. It holds none of that, and pressing it will not conjure any.
There is no way to upload a file, an image, a scan or a photograph to this service at all. That channel does not exist in the software.
4. What must not be done to the service
- Automated access, scraping, or use of the service other than through this site.
- Attempts to get around allowances, rate limits or account boundaries.
- Reselling, sublicensing or passing off the service or its output as your own product.
- Probing, scanning or interfering with the service or the systems it runs on.
- Anything that would put an unreasonable load on the service or spoil it for anyone else.
5. Security
If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@assuredfd.shop before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not exploit it.
6. Reporting a problem
Anything that looks like misuse should go to support@assuredfd.shop. It is read by a person.
